Joe sir很會拆解每一個泳式的動作，細緻度高，手、呼吸、腳都會逐一講解及示範。亦會靈活運用各種輔助工具、浮板等，令各動作做得流暢。
此外，Joe sir針對性改良一些游水的壞習慣，很有耐性，及細心觀察每一套動作。
他沒有甚麼架子，很樂意分享游泳知識！

教練講解用心有耐性，以及指導非常清𥇦。當我遇到唔理解嘅動作嘅時候，教練亦會再將動作拆解為更容易明白的步驟，令初學游泳嘅我很快就能夠掌握基礎技巧。 另外，課堂以外教練亦會分享關於游泳技術的短片，讓我更能有效吸收課堂內容，事半功倍。Samuel是一位非常好嘅教練。
